Laura Hamilton heads to the stunning coastal town of Paralimni in Eastern Cyprus to help Yvonne and Tony find their perfect property. Yvonne and Tony first visited Cyprus on their honeymoon 27 years ago and they immediately fell in love with the place. They’ve been back plenty of times since but, after a few tough years, they’ve now decided to seize every second they have by buying a holiday home for the whole family to enjoy. About the area

A 40 minute drive from the airport takes you to the Paralimni region where there are many lovely villages. It’s well known for its beautiful rocky coves and golden sandy beaches, all of which make it the perfect destination for families. There are no noisy nightclubs in the immediate area, but aten minute drive south takes you to the vibrant party town of Ayia Napa. According to Greek mythology, Aphrodite, the Goddess of love and beauty was worshipped here, so it’s no wonder so many people have fallen for this love island.
