Alison, a retired nursery practitioner, and Brian, a retired police officer from Dartford, have known each other for over 50 years. With their three children now grown up, and their first grandchild on the way, they want to buy a second home in Denia, which they fell in love with on holiday. They have drafted in Danni Menzies to help them find their dream holiday home and have a budget of £160,000. About the area

Dénia is a city located on the north coast of the province of Alicante. It has more than nine miles of golden sandy beaches, and is very popular with holiday makers. It has a well-established culinary scene, and in 2015 was declared a Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO. It has a fairly constant climate, is about one hour from Alicante airport.
