Jo and Neil are about to start their next big adventure – move from their home in Exeter and start a new life in Brindisi in Southern Italy. They want a home near the beach so Neil can surf whenever he wants, and a property with a guest annex to accommodate friends and family. Armed with a budget of £200,000 Jasmine Harman has lined up 5 stunning properties, but will any of them impress the couple enough to become their new permanent home?

Brindisi
Why buy here?
Brindisi is a province in the heel of Italy, with a coastline spanning 50 miles. Brindisi city itself was once the capital of Italy and you can fly there directly from the UK, with flights taking about 3 hours. The region’s long coastline is dotted with lots of swimming spots and the city itself is a natural harbour so has a pretty port where boats can be taken to Greece and Turkey. It’s really popular with tourists, keen to see the great Baroque churches and palm lined streets filled with shops and cafes. Just 9 miles north of the city is Torre Guaceto nature reserve, a fantastic spot for hiking or just chilling on its beach. With a great selection of sandy shores and rocky beaches and a reputation as one of the hottest areas in Italy, I can see why Jo and Neil want to make Brindisi their new home.
