Orihuela Costa is a coastal region situated on the south of the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. It sits close to the border with Murcia, near La Manga and the beautiful Mar Menor. Orihuela Costa has 10 miles of coastline which varies from rugged coastline with crystal-clear water to fine white sandy beaches. These beaches are ideal for water-sports, fishing etc., or for just relaxing and enjoying the wonderful Orihuela Costa weather. Despite the price increases that have occurred in recent years, the price level of housing is still considerably lower than the previous peak level before the financial crisis.
