Why buy here?

Gran Alacant is situated in the Southern Costa Blanca. It’s just a ten minute drive from Alicante airport with flights from the UK taking around two and a half hours. Rather than being a traditional Spanish village that’s gown into a resort, this town started as an urbanisation named Gran Alacant. It was so popular with holiday makers and ex pats that a number of other urbanisations sprung up around it and it has grown into a thriving holiday resort. The area has two of the Costa Blanca’s most beautiful blue flag beaches and is flanked by a nature reserve, which is a haven for wild birds.
