We're now less than a month away from the next A Place in the Sun Live exhibition at the NEC Birmingham, and the official timetable is ready to view!
Join us on the weekend of 23rd-25th September 2022 for a weekend of overseas property. Over the weekend there will be four stages, each with a jam-packed schedule of seminars across all three days!
The show is designed to accommodate all types of buyers, whether you're beginning your research, require legal advice or would like to find out more about shipping belongings overseas. You can either simply walk around the show and speak to specialists and/or listen to a range of seminars and Q&As which will be taking place all over the venue, or do a bit of both!
Still don't have your tickets? You only have a few days to get your discounted Early Bird tickets!
The Hub is the main stage at A Place in the Sun Live, is where you can learn the key facts behind buying properties in Spain and Portugal, listen to stories from real-life buyers and hear from the A Place in the Sun TV show presenters Jasmine Harman, Jonnie Irwin, and Laura Hamilton. You can also have your show guide signed by them too, ask your questions and pose for a selfie or two.
If you're planning to buy a place in France, make sure you head to the French village where you can receive information on all aspects of buying in and relocating across the Channel. Here you'll find exhibitors from around France who will be able to answer your questions, as well as a dedicated stage featuring talks on a whole range of topics.
For all things Florida, head to the Florida Pavilion, where you'll find another full schedule of seminars specifically about buying in the golden state. And for even more in-depth seminars including a look at the property market in Cyprus, getting a mortgage in Spain and Portugal and tax and financial planning, make sure you visit the Seminar Theatre!
Amongst the various seminars taking place across the venue, you can also audition for a future episode of the TV show if you'd like one of our presenters to help steer you in the right direction.
