With the US property market showing signs of a gradual recovery, now could be the ideal time to snap up Floridian real estate, especially on the East Coast, with one agent promising double digit returns on investment in the area.
Knight Knox International believes that it is in a position to offer 'sizeable returns' for those considering buying a property in Florida, having made the most of market conditions that saw 50 per cent wiped off the value of prime Floridian real estate.
