We are Martina and Gianmarco Poli, founders and business partners of Abruzzo Project,
both qualified building engineers from The Florence University (Tuscany), and established
in Casoli (Abruzzo) since 2004.
Abruzzo Project is a licensed estate agent (Agenzia Immobiliare) based in Abruzzo,
registered in The Chamber of Commerce of Chieti and Pescara, and member of The
Italian Federation of Professional Estate Agents.
Abruzzo Project is also a team of qualified English-speaking building engineers, architects
and surveyors (Geometra) with a wide portfolio of completed projects and excellent
references from many satisfied clients.
We offer any kind of services related to the purchase, renovation or construction of houses
in Abruzzo: from property selection to completion of the deed, from initial concept design
to construction drawings, from technical surveys to planning applications with local
authorities, from selection of materials and contractors to full project management.
We are available to provide clients with any kind of technical assistance (property surveys,
architectural and structural design, planning applications, project management, etc...) also
in case they buy a property through another estate agency in Abruzzo.
