Exhibit at A Place in the Sun Live Property Showcase - Dublin

The first ever A Place in the Sun event in Dublin took place in October 2022 with our Property Showcase format, a boutique overseas property exhibition. A smaller version of our A Place in the Sun Live exhibitions, it is designed to help buyers progress their overseas property journey in a more intimate setting.

Held over two days and limited to 31 exhibitors, we welcomed over 2,200 paying visitors resulting in a higher visitor per exhibitor ratio than Manchester, London and Birmingham.

Taking place at the renowned RDS in Dublin, the venue is perfectly located to attract visitors from all over Ireland and Northern Ireland. And safe to say our exhibitors made the most of the show days and Dublin nights too.

Exhibitor Profile

With an audience of 2,200 and a desire to ensure our exhibitors a strong return on their investment, we limit the number of stands in Dublin with priority given to clients who exhibit at our other exhibitions and work with us across our products including A Place in the Sun Currency and aplaceinthesun.com.

As with all A Place in the Sun exhibitions, we aim to invite a limited number of agents and professional services for each country to ensure all visitors are catered for and exhibitors receive a good number of enquiries.

Our Property Showcase events also gives visitors the opportunity to attend our wide-range of seminars offering the chance to learn from experts and ask questions on the buying process in various destinations. These sessions are designed to inform and inspire visitors to move forward with their buying plans and engage with our unique range of exhibitors.

What you get as an exhibitor

Stands

Our Property Showcase events take a different approach to our regular A Place in the Sun Live exhibitions, creating an informal environment for you to interact with visitors withouta traditional shell scheme stand.

Each exhibitor will have a 3m, 4m or 5m fabric, graphic panel which we design using your artwork and put in place for you. Included in the price is a literature rack, table, chairs and a power socket.
