This summer, Cluttons Resorts will start marketing Pinheirinho Hyatt Golf & Beach Resort located on the undeveloped Alentejo coast in southern Portugal.
This low density luxury residential resort will be fully branded and managed by Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and will feature a five-star luxury hotel, Park Hyatt Alem-Tejo offering 160 rooms and a Hyatt Pure spa and beach club exclusively for Park Hyatt guests.
Set in 800 hectares one hour south of the capital city of Lisbon, Pinheirinho Hyatt Golf & Beach Resort will feature 204 modern designed luxury villas, 507 touristic suites and apartments and a further 265 resort residences. Apartment and villa prices start from £191,000 and 1.3 million, respectively.
A rental pool will be available and will be managed by Hyatt. The resort will also include a 27-hole Championship golf course, various on-site restaurants, a fitness centre and facilities for water sports, football, tennis, rugby, beach volleyball and horseback riding. Owners and guests will benefit from direct access to 3kilometres of fossil cliff-lined beach. Cuttons Resorts believe that Pinheirinho Hyatt Golf & Beach Resort will become the best development in the region.
