I am an italian lawyer graduated in 1994 (Pisa University), I have been practising since September 1995 and I am registered in the List of Lawyers’ Board of Lucca since 1998.
In 2002 I have been admitted to the Arbitrators' Register of the Arbitration Chamber of Lucca and I am professionally insured with Generali Assicurazioni to the extent of € 1.000.000,00.
I have always had an “international” attitude, I spent an academic year at U.C.L. Faculty of Law (University College London) and I regularly assists foreign clients.
I have been member of the Board of Lawyers of Lucca Court, Chairman of local Mediation Organism (set up by the Court of Lucca), President of the FBE (Federation des Barreaux d'Europe), Access to Justice Commission and at present I am Member of the FBE Human Right Commission.
Main branches of my activity are: real estate law (dealing fiscal and technical issues with the assistance of trustworthy english speaking Chartered Accountants, Architects and Surveyors), hereditary law (amongst which drafting of wills, disagreements between heirs, hereditary divisions), right of the obligations, debt collection (insolvency, bankruptcy procedures), and litigations due to damages payment’s requests (any personal injury occurred to foreign people in the italian territory).

We can handle a wide range of contracts (such as supply and sale of goods, leasing,
agency, etc..) including leases for residential use (and not) and we can protect the Clients
in matters of eviction before the expiration of the contract, at its natural end or for non-payment of rent.
With regards to real estate issues, we take care of the interests of the Client throughout
the entire procedure of buying and selling leaving the analysis of tax and technical issues

(accountants, architects, engineers, surveyors and geologists): among other services, we
provide real estate estimates, inspections and search for the title of ownership, price
negotiations, drafting of the power of attorney, preliminary contract and assistance in the
final act.
We can also assist a client in the auction market (purchasing a property on request of an
unpaid person to recover his / her credit) which is an interesting opportunity to buy a
property in Italy at a cheaper price.
We have acquired experience in the inheritance field and we can provide advice in
matters of wills, disputes between heirs and divisions; we have also acted as executors of
wills of our Clients.
We have gained experience in the field of compensation for damages due to traffic
accidents occurring in Italy or abroad: having assessed the liability of third parties in the
event, the Firm handles the complete management of the case, taking care of relations
with insurance companies and with the liquidators in charge, in order to obtain fair
compensation.
We can also act to protect the Client in the event of compensation for damages due to
medical liability or in the event of an accident at work; in that case we can provide due
assistance to the employee who wants to get the right compensation or to the Company
seeking compensation for the damage suffered due to the absence from work of
employees (in case of liability of third parties).
