Irini has made our life a lot easier in Kefalonia. Getting to know the ins and outs of Greek law was challenging for us. So we hired a local attorney to handle our business. She came recomended from a friend of ours in New York. We started with Irini on a real esate property and inheritence matter. She solved our problem and got us our property in less than 3 months. What a relief!
Then we invested and bought some properties in Kefalonia. We hired Irini and she did all the legal searches to make sure the properties were ready for sale and that we can build on them. Easy Peasy. She made our life so much easier we decided to become Greek citizens (LOL). She handled that too for me and my brother. Both our parents are from Kefalonia. Irini was able to locate the registry, open our family registry and handle ALL the necessary paperwork to get us our Greek ID's and our Greek Passports! She is very professional and always delivers on time. Her office has ties to the US Embassy and she introduced us to a few people in New York to get things done before we went down to Greece. I was in Greece this summer and was selling a property back in Canada. The deal happened to be closing on a day I was travelling, and I only had a short window to get papers signed and returned to Canada. I googled "lawyers in Kefalonia" and starting making calls. I made a couple calls to various lawyers, and they were not being very accommodating with my schedule. I finally contacted Irini and am so thankful that I did! She immediately accommodated my request because she realized how important it was; as a result, everything went smoothly with the sale of my property.
With my occupation, I have had adequate dealings with lawyers in the past, and I can not say enough good things about Irini.
