Excellent service throughout!

We used Franklins to move the contents of our house in Wales to SW France.
The booking process was very straightforward, Bev in the office was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to queries. All the customs paperwork was taken care of with very clear instructions for what we had to do.
The pick up in Wales was very efficient and quick. The two guys that arrived on time and quickly loaded our belongings. The arrival in France was equally as efficient and on the date agreed, excellent communication with updates. '

Thank you Franklins for getting me home to UK. I had lived in France for almost 18 yrs and due to personal reasons wanted to come back.
The contact, support and understanding with Bev was excellent. The team on the French side Carl + Daz were great. They worked well as a team, were friendly, relaxed, helpful and polite. My stress disappeared once they took over. The UK team Kieron + Fraser were great too, again friendly, helpful + polite.
I would definitely use Franklins again. 🙂

We had Rhys and Fraser from Franklins help us move, the whole process was brilliant. Bev helped guiding us with planning and packing.
Rhys and Fraser went above and beyond to help us through a challenging and stressful day of delays in collecting keys. Excellent skills, really thoughtful.
