Our opinion
This is an excellent, turnkey pied-à-terre investment with strong rental appeal. It’S convenient all round, being so close to the main bus stop as well as very easily walkable into the main town centre.

Location
The Jonquille residence is in a quiet position off the main square of Chamonix Sud, just under 400 metres from the main shopping street but very close to a number of amenities including bars, restaurants and a supermarket as well as the 2 main bakeries. The Aiguille du Midi cable car is adjacent to the square, with the main bus stop giving access to the rest of the Valley, the various ski areas and transfers for Geneva airport less than 100 metres away.
