It is approx. 4.5 km to the picturesque Kas old town and the harbor and the new Marina. It takes 10 min. by car to Kas town, where all daily and social amenities are found such as; Cafes, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and the famous Friday market. There is a daily bus service to Kas, twice an hour during the summer months.
Stella Maris has 8-9 private parking spaces for the owners.
The first 2/3 of the peninsula is undeveloped, and many take a walk along the road, surrounded by olive trees and views of the sea, before finding themselves in the heart of Kas's old town, which is filled with beautiful whitewashed houses adorned with bougainvillea. The town is charming and surrounded by beautiful nature, crystal clear water, historical architecture, ancient history and warmth as well as traditional Turkish hospitality.
From the old harbor, you can take a dive boat on day trips, or go on a trip with smaller tour boats, which serve the most amazing food. There are beach clubs located on either side of the old harbor, as well as in the new Marina. Water sports activities are not allowed in Kas out of consideration for the marine life and the environment.
