The villas are newly built, with gardens and private swimming pools. They are located in Tremezzina, in the village of Ossuccio, with stunning views of Isola Comacina.

Approximately 600 meters long and just 200 meters wide, Isola Comacina covers a total area of 6 hectares, mostly covered by lush, typically Mediterranean vegetation. Access to the island is via the lake, boarding at Ossuccio (taxi boat) or by means of the Navigazione Lago di Como, which allows you to disembark directly on the island.
