Electricity is provided through a self-sufficient solar installation combined with a 10,000-litre water deposit, while in some locations mains electricity and water are also available. The villa is equipped with full hot and cold air conditioning throughout and features a modern kitchen fitted with high-quality Bosch appliances, including an oven, extractor fan, hob, integrated fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. All bathrooms are fully fitted, and every bedroom includes built-in wardrobes.
