The property has a gated front courtyard with a small old bathroom off it, into the house there is a large lounge with original features including a fireplace and beamed ceilings. To the rear there is a good sized double bedroom. To the side front there is a good sized kitchen/diner with a sink and front falling window. A staircase leads to the first floor where there are two large rooms. The roof has been modernised with concrete lintels and pots so the house is water tight.

The property has electricity however no mains water which the Town hall is planning to connect this and the other houses in the hamlet to a shared tank. Alternatively it's possible to have pozo/ well put in.

Alcaudete is a ten minute drive which is a large Town with many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, hospitals etc and fifteen minutes in the other direction is the village of Las Casillas with its beautiful lake with walks and non motorised water activities. This is a stunning location for anyone wanting to holiday or live in a peaceful location yet a short drive takes you to all the amenities.

Malaga is less than one hour forty minutes away and the Cities of Granada, Jaen and Cordoba less than an hour's drive.
