This magnificent stone industrial building of 1166 m2 is a former nineteenth-century factory initially dedicated to the production of madder powder and then converted into a ramie spinning mill at the beginning of the twentieth century in the heart of a 7-hectare park, part of which is bordered by the Sorgue.
The original volumes, generous and punctuated by large semi-circular arched openings, offer a remarkable foundation for a high-end rehabilitation project.

A large room of 400 m2 displays all the raw beauty of industrial architecture. The riveted metal beams, concrete floor and semicircular openings give a special atmosphere to this concert space that benefits from perfect acoustics for classical music and jazz. This place, once animated by spinning looms, now welcomes up to 300 people seated for private concerts. We can imagine an artist's studio, an exceptional loft, a gallery, an atypical residence. A monumental fireplace heats it thanks to an ingenious installation that supplies the cast iron radiators.
This room communicates with a reception area and a professional kitchen which open onto an interior courtyard closed by a glass roof on one side overlooking an old arm of the Sorgues.
Each room here is a place that reinvents itself between living space, event space and artistic residency.
A rehearsal room in metal framework, with wood panelling and stone walls is located in this extension.
A superb contemporary glazed staircase offering a bird's-eye view unites the two levels of the house and leads to a large room whose exposed metal structure, the wooden herringbone framework and the parquet floor can be seen.
This leads to five soundproofed bedrooms which have been fitted out upstairs with toilets and a bathroom to receive artists/musicians. They have a direct view of the countryside.
It also opens onto a majestic office that separates and connects the two buildings and benefits from a private terrace that leads to the owners' home.
