A swimming pool (10 x 4) with liner, a lovely, spacious terrace to accommodate several sun loungers, a solar shower, a heat pump to heat the pool at the start of the season, the technical room houses the machinery, chlorine filtration (the pump was replaced in 2024), a safety cover to current standards and a fence.

The main house, the gite and the toilet block are connected to an all-water tank and a micro purification station, all of which comply with current standards and are emptied with special equipment for emptying the sanitary facilities of motor homes
