A popular resort style development at Pissouri Bay always brings something a little special to the market, and this end townhouse is a prime example.
At the end of a quiet tree lined street you find this lovely two double bedroom, two shower room house with amazing views to the beauty that is Pissouri Bay. A Covered entrance hall leads into a large open plan living area with windows carefully placed to take in the vista from every corner.
A wood burner in one corner provides comfort on those cooler evenings and full air conditioning keeps the house cool during the hot summer months. The sea breeze synonymous with this area and elevation ensures fresh air flows freely through the house with its triple aspect windows.
There is a well-appointed kitchen to the rear of the house and a door leading out to the terrace from where you can admire your unique surroundings.
Up the wide stairway and a large landing leads to the two double bedrooms and family bathroom. Both bedrooms enjoy access to private balconies with elevated views down to the sea.
Less than 100m away is a local restaurant and large swimming pool for use by all Residents (optional). Should you prefer the clear blue waters of Pissouri Bay, a short walk and you are in heaven.
Whether you are looking to escape to the sun or invest in a holiday home (this house is very popular as a holiday rental) we would suggest a viewing as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
The main Pissouri village is located about 3 kilometers from the sea on the Cape Aspro ridge, and about 500 feet above sea level (152 meters). Pissouri is the third largest village district in the Limassol district of Cyprus, and is located just off the A6 motorway midway between Limassol and Paphos (34 kilometers from each) in the Southwest of Cyprus. It is the administrative centre for the Pissouri District, and boasts a village square, 2 petrol stations, police station, post office, supermarkets, and two clinics. There are many charming tavernas and coffee shops, and also entertainment facilities, a magnificent church, and several chapels. The village is home to the majority of the friendly Cypriot population of Pissouri, but also has a large ex-patriot population.
Pissouri Bay is just a few minutes by car from its sister village of Pissouri and is one of the quieter Cypriot beach resorts. The mile-long beach is framed by white cliffs, and leads into beautiful clear waters, ideal for watersports in the summer. There are local shops, traditional tavernas, a great variety of restaurants and some first class bars, all within a hundred metres or so of the sea.
