There are also many water sports on offer in the area. Latchi village is a 17 minute drive away which has a beach and a harbour with lots of harbour-front restaurants. There are rambling nature walks with pretty hikes through the Cypriot countryside. The beach at Latchi is a mile-long stretch of sand and pebble and framed by forested hills. The water here is warm and shallow, and there are plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas for hire.

Coral Bay is around a 22 minute drive and is an extremely popular tourist resort with its award winning Blue Flag sandy beaches and water sports facilities. The sands are deep golden, and the clean seawaters here are calm and shallow, making it a popular choice for families with children.
