On the ground floor is a large entrance with the living room and kitchen open to the right. From here there is access to a terrace with beautiful views of the valley. Behind the entrance is a double bedroom. It can be used as a guest room as it has an en-suite bathroom. The hallway also gives access to the workshop located in the old barn.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. Bright rooms thanks to the Velux windows in the roof. There is also a storage room. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Under the house is a cellar with an insulated ceiling.

The mini-campsite on the land of more than 6500m2 has six large pitches. The sanitary facilities are in working order but still need a final touch. It is the last house in a small hamlet, from where you can walk along the path directly into the forest.
In the garden there is an outbuilding with a terrace for the table d'hôtes of the campsite guests and to serve as a bar. There is also an outdoor kitchen. The grounds are maintained according to the principle of permaculture and are full of young fruit trees and beautiful perennials. The plants are grown in a glass greenhouse.

It offers a breathtaking view of the Combrailles and is five minutes from a village with all amenities: doctor's office, school, supermarket, bakery and butcher.

An ideal opportunity to start a small tourist activity. For your future guests, there is plenty to do nearby: rail bikes, tree climbing park, cable car, rivers, hiking trails and mountain bike and quad circuits.
