– a dining room of 37 m². Hexagonal slabs in Volvic. Two niches are decorated with scallops. One to house a stove and the other with a mascaron used as a fountain feeding a Volvic basin supported by a column;
– a small living room of 29 m². Grey marble fireplace and its trumeau. Parquet in Hungarian point;
– a 7 m² pantry. Ribbed vault and cupboards. Tomettes;
– old latrines of 7 m².
Access to the upper floors is via a wide Volvic staircase. On the mezzanine floor, a charming clock is housed in a wall.
On the first floor:
– a 35 m² landing. Moulded woodwork. French ceiling. Parquet in the point of Hungary;
– 6 bedrooms and an office;
The second floor is an attic of 260 m² illuminated by 14 windows.
The entire interior is to be renovated and fitted. Fortunately, many elements of the eighteenth-century decoration remain.
No central heating: Dpe not concerned.
Double glazing for 10 recent windows, the others to be changed.
Individual sanitation is to be created.
The roof was completely redone in 2021.
An adjoining ruin of 66 m² to the north, a vestige of the old fortified house. Monumental stone fireplace and large bread oven. Two vaulted cellars.

To the east, opposite the house, an elegant Volvic fountain: a mascaron represents the head of Bacchus feeding a stone basin. This fountain then fed the dining room fountain and then another basin on the west side.
Numerous hundred-year-old trees, some dating from the eighteenth century: lime trees, chestnut trees, redwood and purple beeches.
