Two halves of the same villa, Casa Vasi and Casa Calderaro are twin semi-detached homes with glorious panoramic views of the Nebrodi Park. The bedroom is probably the nicest space, with plenty of light, especially in the morning. It offers a balcony with a fabulous view, looking down along the valley to the sea. There is also a neat kitchen with a larder and a bathroom with a shower.
Casa Vasi is in good condition, with a recent renovation having completely overhauled the property. The wiring and plumbing are in good condition, as is the roof. You'll find neat, well-maintained plaster on the walls, aluminium windows with wooden shutters and a roof that's in a fine state of repair. It is sold fully furnished, with all contents as seen.
...and one to renovate
Casa Calderaro is a similar size and shape to Casa Vasi, and also has that wonderful valley-view balcony. There the similarities end, however, as this house has been completely stripped of all plaster, partitions and utilities. With the exception of a few floor tiles which you might choose to reuse it's a blank canvas.
The windows on the long side of the space have a lovely hillside view, better in fact than the other apartment has to offer. The roof seems to be well maintained too. And there is the same basement underneath the main living area. However, a significant investment of time and capital will be needed to turn this back into a modern living space.
