Located on the hillside overlooking the Ionian Sea along the south east coast of Italy, the village of Guglielmo is just a 25 minute drive to the seaside resorts of Sibiri and Corgliano. A two storey ruin set in over 2000 sq mtrs of land, including a vineyard, offers plenty of potential for a modest investment.
The main building consists of two rooms at ground level one with a fireplace which could make a real feature. The ground floor covers around 40 sq mtrs. This area would ideally make day room/s, kitchen, living room or just an open plan area. On entry to the left is a door and stairs leading to the first floor.
Again around 40 sq mtrs here we have two large rooms and a bathroom. The bathroom will need to be replaced.
Structurally only the roof needs attention and we recommend having a new roof. Other work required. New plumbing throughout, complete rewiring of electrics, plastering walls, retiling the floors on both levels. New doors windows and shutters. If the property is to be used in the short winter months then some form of heating would be required.
