Semi-detached town house close to the coast. This property is perfect for a large family. On the first floor there are a further four double bedrooms and two separate toilets, plus a bathroom with a bath, toilet and washbasin. Many Asturian properties are styled on the Indiano homes of the Americas and have large galleries with lots of windows. This property has a really impressive gallery running around two full sides of the property.

On the second floor you will notice this is currently uninhabited and does need some restoration work. There are four bedrooms on this floor and each have a new double glazed skylight installed in the roof to let in plenty of light. These were installed in 2018 when the property had a whole new roof. There is also access into the loft space from here. The house has a fully working central heating system which uses oil fired radiators however you can also switch to using the cocina de leña to heat the radiators and hot water if desired. The diesel tank holds 600 litres of fuel.

Patio, garden and outbuildings
There're several more useful rooms outside of the main house. As you exit from the back of the property onto a large private patio, you'll see the various outbuildings along the right hand side. These are handy for storing the freezer, wood for the cocina de leña, building materials, gardening tools, patio furniture etc. At the opposite side of the patio from the house is the large covered outdoor kitchen area with a built-in BBQ and room for a huge dining table and several chairs. This space is perfect for friends and family gatherings.

Behind the patio is a hidden gem, a really nice garden which is currently laid with grass, but could be an ideal vegetable garden or even space for a small swimming pool. The garden is totally secure with walls around three sides and a tall fence along the fourth side.

This beautiful home is very close to the marina and the beaches at San Juan de Arena, being only 5 minutes drive. Furthermore the popular coastal town of Cudillero is also 10 minutes away. The airport is also very close, no more than a 10 minute drive.
