Attached to the villa is a bungalow of 24 square meters consisting of two bedrooms, a small corridor and a veranda.

The villa has its own water well with a depth of 40+meters (nonstop water), large yard with vineyards and fruit trees 1200 sq.m.
It is located in a quiet and peaceful place. At 9 km from Hisaria, 20 minutes by car. The last 800 meters to the property is unpaved.

Mineral waters and balneotherapy
Hisarya is distinguished by 22 mineral springs with different physico-chemical characteristics and temperature and with proven healing properties - 16 natural and 6 deeply drilled. All waters are clear, colorless, thermal and with pleasant drinking and tasting qualities. In terms of chemical properties, they are sodium-sulfate-hydrocarbonate, with a high alkaline reaction and low hardness. The content of hydrocarbons and sodium is predominant. They contain minerals from 170 to 275 mg/l and fall into the category of slightly mineralized waters (below 2 g/l).[4][5]

The mineral waters from the town of Hisarya are used both for drinking treatment of kidney-urological, biliary, gastrointestinal and liver diseases, and for bathing in the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, metabolism and endocrine system and gynecological diseases .
