Situated in the department Cotes d'Armor in the north of France close to the town of Sery Les Mezieres is this beautifully maintained carp fishing lake, set in amongst 8 hectares of woodland offering a paradise for wildlife, the lake has facilities BUT does not offer living accommodation and no possibility to build a house.

Within the 8-hectare fenced land is an 11-acre lake with its large variety of carp breeds and sizes, it offers something for all anglers who enjoy getting away to hopefully catch their dream fish. The lake has been stocked over the past decade with plenty of quality French fish up to 55lb, to give anglers the best opportunity to get some fish on the bank.

Facilities include a toilet, shower with hot and cold running water, electricity to run a kettle, microwave or phone charging.

At the far end of the lake is a wooden chalet, which is a double swim ideal for couples, offering shelter from the weather and a gorgeous little terrace, this is luxury camping really as it has no facilities.
