This sturdy village house has been partly renovated by its present owners (extrerior and roof work), with the inside in need of work.
Downstairs there are two rooms and a kitchen with a small WC. A nice wooden staircase leads up to a hallway with two bedrooms. The upstairs floors have traditional wooden ceilings which with some work could be preserved.
From the hallway a door leads out to a shaded covered terrace with pretty views towards the mountains and the rooftops of the village.
Kinopiastes is an active, year round village with a lively community. It is within a 15 minute drive to Corfu Town and the beaches on the west coast like Glyfada and Pelekas.
