A country track leads to the entrance gateway and into the property grounds with a path leading up to the house through the trees.
The ground floor has an open plan living room with fireplace and kitchen, with a shower room to one side. A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor.
Upstairs a corridor leads to two bedrooms, one of which has a small ensuite WC. The rooms are light and airy, with large windows letting in plenty of natural light.
On the long side of the house there is a spacious terrace, partly shaded by a covered veranda. Next to this terrace there is a barbeque area and bread-oven. There is also a small storage room attached to the back of the house.
The garden was managed with care - different fruit trees, palm trees and olive trees and a vegetable garden.
The plot of land is partly fenced at the back of the house, with the lake appearing during the winter months at the front part of the land.
The property is currently almost completely self sufficient - it is connected to mains water but electricity is provided by two solar panels on the roof, generators and a small windmill! It would be possible to connect to mains electricity also.
