The town is one of the greatest centers of Abruzzo to export honey throughout the region and in Italy. The story of the arrival of honey in Tornareccio began in the early twentieth century. The honey festival is in September.
The town community festival is at the end of August.
Tornareccio has a long history. The area around Tornareccio, especially the area adjacent to Monte Pallano
