Entering the apartment we find ourselves in a long hallway with the first shower room immediately to our right. Next to this is the 2nd bedroom which is a spacious double and includes fitted wardrobes. Following the hall we then have the master bedroom to our right, another very spacious double again with fitted wardrobes. Opposite this bedroom is the living and dining room with stunning sea views. The living room includes additional storage and air conditioning with the dining area currently sitting an extendable table. Back in the hallway we finally have the fully fitted kitchen which was recently installed and includes an arched breakfast bar into the living room. Another small hall from the kitchen gives us access to a secondary shower room before then walking out to the rear patio. This outdoor space is simply amazing offering a fantastic area for entertaining or to soak up the sun.

As mentioned previously the complex is located just 50m away from the beach with many amenities found within very easy walking distance. The urbanization also boasts a communal swimming pool.
