The aim is to develop a resort designed for those seeking relaxation in a natural environment while providing a place for families to reunite year after year. The mission is to create a contemporary complex, family-oriented, built to stand the test of time, and to become a true beacon of well-being and rejuvenation for body and mind.
Located in a prime area of the Algarve, the project is set within a peaceful 4,200 m² valley, between Albufeira and Vilamoura, just five minutes from the beach and Albufeira city center.
This will be one of the lowest-density developments in the Algarve, ensuring a stronger sense of nature and open space, designed to promote peace, privacy, and relaxation.
Within the 16,000 m² property, the plan includes 4,200 m² of above-ground construction for a Tourist Village, complemented by 1,800 m² of underground space, with independent access from the existing square/road.
The development features 20 two-story terraced villas, all V3 typology (with up to 120 tourist beds). The villas will be arranged in an amphitheater layout, oriented towards the central core consisting of a swimming pool and landscaped garden areas. The basement area, covering 1,800 m², will accommodate 30 parking spaces.
To the south of the plot, a designated green buffer zone is planned a natural screen with gardens and educational orchards providing a landscaped transition and separating the resort from existing facilities to the south.
This project aims to combine contemporary architecture, low construction density, and landscape integration, offering an authentic sustainable tourism experience in the heart of the Algarve.
