It is situated on the Sierra Cabrera mountain range, and is within easy reach of the towns of Turre, Mojácar, Garrucha, Los Gallardos and Vera.
Part of the Sierra Cabrera is designated as a nature reserve. Despite its peaceful rural setting, the area is only about 20 minutes from long sandy beaches along the coast.
The region offers a wide range of leisure activities including swimming, sunbathing, sea fishing, scuba diving, windsurfing, mountain walking, golf, tennis and horse riding.
For beach lovers, the marina and beaches of Garrucha are an excellent nearby option.
The Sierra Nevada ski slopes can be reached within approximately two hours, and the Cabo de Gata Natural Park is less than an hour away.

The segregation process will be carried out once a sale is confirmed for either 1,000 m² plot or for a larger plot, depending on what you are looking for.
