When we purchased a property ourselves back in 2003 things were very different as the area had just started to develop. Now the urbanisation is very well established and an excellent place to both live or holiday in. The beautiful white sandy beaches are just a 5-minute drive and being only 20 mins away from several shopping malls and airports makes this a perfect location.
