On the land there are black mulberry trees, figs, oranges, tangerines, grapes, lemons, pomegranates, nisperos and passion fruit.

The property is located between San Fulgencio and Dolores and it is about 15 minutes to both the sea and the mountains and only 30 minutes from the airport
There is an 8×4 m swimming pool that was built in 2015.
