This 18th-century mill is beautifully situated. Situated at the end of a one-kilometre unmade road, in a green setting, it has a beautiful area around the mill pond and more than 7 hectares of adjoining land. The property covers both banks upstream and downstream of the mill itself.
The mill, which has water rights, produces 18 kW of hydroelectric power and generates a return of €8,000 to €10,000 a year.
