Following in the footsteps of the extremely successful phases I and II of this project, the Corfu Sunset Villas Phase III offers spectacular sunset sea views, modern amenities, and an elegant and eco-friendly design.

These innovatively designed villas are perched on an elevated hillside on the west side of Corfu, offering breathtaking sunset views. Each villa features panoramic coastline vistas and complete privacy, allowing you to unwind by your private pool and soak in the serene island atmosphere.

Phase III consists of nine villas to be developed on a plot totalling over 10,000 sqm. These will include four two-bedroom villas and five three-bedroom villas. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The individual plot sizes vary from 660 sqm to 1,460 sqm, while the villa sizes range from 84.20 sqm to 113.30 sqm. All villas feature a swimming pool, roughly 25 sqm of storage space, and two designated parking spaces inside the premises.

The living spaces in each villa are oriented to the west, offering sweeping sea views and stunning sunsets. Designed for year-round comfort, the villas feature green roofs that create a more moderate microclimate—cooler in summer and warmer in winter. The Developer

The Corfu Sunset Villas are developed by Urban Soul Project, a renowned architecture studio founded in 2009. The studio works on a wide range of designs with a portfolio of projects that vary in scale, type, location, and budget.

Their aim is to blend modern and traditional design with the highest standards in quality construction by utilizing new technology and materials, as well as vintage techniques.

Urban Soul Project comprises a team of around 100 architects and engineers who have a range of international design awards to their name, like the Hotel & Property Award 2018. Furthermore, USP has already won the German Design Award twice, in 2018 and 2022. Elxis has already successfully cooperated with the developer on a number of superb projects in Greece.
