The main house.

As you first enter the main house there is a large summer room/conservatory, that can be closed off and glassed in for winter bi folding floor to ceiling glass windows have been added, they also open up fully for summer. The view from here is spectacular, looking out over the green valley to the mountains beyond.

Once inside a central hallway runs through the main house, to left is the lounge and kitchen both good sized rooms, with anopen plan extended space feel to it, a newly fitted kitchen has not long been finished, opposite the lounge is the main bedroom, a large room with a lovely alcoved seating area and a small en suite bathroom, back out to the hallway again and you are led down the hall to the main bathroom and another room that is currently being used as an office this is the second bedroom but could be used in any number of ways depending on your desires.

Upstairs.

The upstairs bedroom is a very large double bedroom which has amazing views, again looking out over the garden and pool and beyond to the majestic mountain range, this balcony is the full width of house , this bedroom also has access to the eves which are large and are great for all your storage needs.

On this upper floor there is also a good size bathroom, newly and fully refurbished and modern, and a small landing space.

Throughout the home there are central heating radiator’s fitted, the winters here in Turkey are relativly short but after the long hot summer months can feel quite cold and having the conveniance of central heating is a bonus, there is also a generator being sold with the property for emergency use if needed.
