Beautiful and well maintained townhouse in the village Jalón, located in the popular valley of Jalón. Entering from a typical Spanish old town street, with a lot of parking spaces, we walk into the open living and/or dining room with high ceilings and character beams. Spacious roof terrace.
There is a high (from ceiling to the floor) window for natural light. The floor has beautiful tiles. From this room you walk through a door into the kitchen. The kitchen is very practical and has everything you need, all spaces are very well used here. There is a door here that leads you to a patio with space for entertainment and from here you reach a big bathroom with toilet, sink and a bath. Via the same patio you have another door to another room, currently used as storage and washing room.
From the kitchen you walk the wooden stairs up to the first floor where you first arrive at the landing which currently is used as an office. We also have here 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and a window for some fresh air. Over the landing we reach, separated by a door, the first bedroom. This is a double bedroom with enough space for a big wardrobe and a cupboard and bedside tables. And here on the first floor you find high ceilings as well which creates a very spacious feeling. Then via this bedroom you get to the second bedroom. Bedrooms are separated by a door but you can only get into bedroom 2 via bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 has patio doors on to a small terrace which gives a lovely street view. This bedroom has as well has a big wardrobe, a cupboard, bedside tables and a chair to relax. When we walk back over the land we go through a door to the outside of the first floor where we find a pleasant, convivial terrace with enough space to relax, chill or enjoy your meal here. At the other end of this terrace we find another room, currently used as a gym and storage room.
Via this terrace we have wooden stairs to go up to the big roof terrace (the wooden stairs have been fixed in the meantime, we added some extra photo's to prove this). From the roof terrace you have a stunning view up to the mountains and you can create shade because this is a very sunny roof terrace with a lot of privacy.
