The front door opens in to the kitchen and dining room, and we then go upstairs to what can be either a second bedroom or generous living room. It’s got a pretty Juliet balcony, offering views of the village and mountain range beyond. The shower room is on this floor, too.
Going upstairs, we’re in the cosy main bedroom, with a built in double bed, and with access to the first terrace. This is a great spot to escape the intensity of the sun, or to avoid the breeze. Plants like it here, too.
But the best views are to come. The solarium provides an incredible panorama! Here, you can see Maroma, the Med, and most of the beautiful Axarquia region. And it's great for bird-watching (eagles, vultures, bee-eaters, to name just a few). All the photos shown are from the terraces.
We replaced the doors and windows (double-glazed, PVC) so the house is cosy and waterproof, and we’re including all the furnishings.
