This is a very cheap property to maintain. There is a piece of land that is sold with the property on which to park 2, 3 cars or to have a small vegetable garden and park 1 car.
The Location:
Lendequintana (traditional name 'Llandequintá") is a small village of 38 houses with some 35 inhabitants, there are a few more in the summer months that visit on vacation. There is a hardware store on the main through road which goes on towards the next valley and down to Boal. To get to the nearest major village of Vilayón one must be prepared to drive 12 km of windy roads that are very well tarmaced but have many hairpin bends. From there down to the coast it takes some 15-20 mins of a much better road passing the beautiful Resevoir of Arbón situated on the River Navia with a campsite and offering water sports at an international rowing club.
Communications/connections:
From Luarca it takes aproximately 50-60 mins to drive up to Vilayón. In general the roads are quiet and there are many little hamlets and the famous Waterfalls of Oneta half way up to Lendequintana. From the village the road continues to BOAL.
