Fiumefreddo, since 2005, has been listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Enter through the Arch and meander through its traditional, narrow streets you will come across numerous churches – the Chiesa Madre di Santa Maria ad Adnexis is the impressive church just inside the medieval fortified walls, others include the Chiesa di Santa Chiara – built in 1552.
