Ground floor/ Studio: Entering through the front door, the studio begins with the kitchen which is fully equipped and includes an expandable wooden dining table. On the left, we see the Livingroom which contains a large 40-inch TV, two large bed- sofas, air-conditioning, a coffee table and a fireplace. The studio is beautifully lit by six windows overlooking the garden and village. The studio has a large closet and a bathroom which includes a washing machine and a shower. This space is perfect for house guests and is completely autonomous to the rest of the property.

First floor: Ascending from the outer staircase, the main entrance of the house is from a wooden gate on a balcony overlooking the garden. Entering the house, the first floor begins with the kitchen and Livingroom. These include two sofas, air-condoning, a 40-inch TV, five large windows (overlooking the mountain and garden), a kitchen table, a dining table, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Through the Livingroom, we can exit to the main balcony which has the view of the sea and gardens. Moreover, it included a sitting space for breakfast or afternoon coffee. Straight from the main entrance, we find the bathroom and bedrooms. The bathroom window has the view of the sea and is decorated by a glass shower and stone build mirror behind the marble sink. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, air-conditioning, TV, a window view of the sea and direct access to the main balcony. Furthermore, it included a very large wooden closet which is embedded on the wall and can hold incredible amounts of languages, clothes and, sheets. The kid’s bedroom is next to the master room and connects with the main balcony as well. It contains two single beds, air conditioning and a large closet along the left-hand wall. The house is cool in the summer and warm in winter as it included central autonomous heating and five air-conditions in total.

The garden, parking and storing spaces: The house is protected by a metallic/ electronic gate which guarantees convenient and safe parking for up to three vehicles. The space also included a garage which will keep vehicles cool in the summer and safe from outstanding weather conditions in winter. The garage has two separate spaces which can be used for the storage of large items/ tools and can function as a wine cellar. The space comes with a washing machine and dryer thus creating a marvellous and protected laundry room. Beyond the parking and storage rooms, we see the garden. A wonderful 200 square meter lawn and lounge area perfect for social gatherings in the summer. The property is separated by the surrounding houses through a collection of large trees and the garden includes several exotic plants.
