Full Description
Divided into two parts, this old building could be joined together to make one larger house or kept as two separate buildings.
At the moment the larger of the two buildings has two floors. The ground floor was originally the village kafenion, with a storage room at the back.
A trapdoor opens up into the first floor, so a proper staircase could be added. For now, the upstairs is reached from the outside, onto a large terrace and into the three rooms. These could be reconfigured, and there is also quite a high attic space which could be utilised.
The smaller house next door is on one level, with a kitchen/living area, a bedroom and a bathroom. Although old fashioned, this could be occupied immediately.
The views from the upper terrace are excellent, out across the rooftops to the sea and the Albanian coastline.
Outside the property there is plenty of space for parking and to make a garden.
Priftatika is a small hamlet of houses in the area of Agios Pandeleimonas, a short drive down to all the facilities at Acharavi.
