The village of Pedino has seen quite some development in recent years and some very nice restorations of old village houses have been done. Recently refurbished by the Municipality the streets and central parking area have all been newly laid with traditional stone, giving the village a fresh look throughout. Sitting below Tseria, this small hamlet is at the end of the road, so gets no through traffic, and as such is a very quiet, peaceful place to live. The central church surrounded by traditional greek stone houses and small pathways leading off into the village is a pleasure to see. The property requiring full restoration, only four walls remain standing, was originally a 2 level village house of
here 120m2. It sits on a plot of 350m2, with a fairly large garden area, which is unusual for a village setting. Located on the southern edge of the village, there are no neighbouring properties to the west and lovely views of the gorge area and hills surrounding it. A sea view will be possible once the restoration is completed. The garden is fully walled and ownership of the property is clean and well documented. Many traditional features remain in the house and these will bring a lot of character to the finished restoration. All utilities are are the property line and easily accessible.
