Colognora is a beautifully preserved village 600 m above sea level and dominant in the "Val di Roggio". Many of the houses in the historic centre and date back to the 16th century. The village was chosen by Spike Lee for his movie "Miracle of Sant'Anna" for the filming in 2007 and 2008.
