A few kilometers from the ski slopes of Passo San Leonardo, from the magnificent village of Roccacaramanico defined as an "Italian wonder" and from the historic center of Caramanico Terme, the most famous spa village in central Italy for the miraculous properties of the sulfurous waters where there are supermarkets, shops, bars, award-winning pastry shops, pizzerias, excellent restaurants, banks, post office, pharmacy and farms where you can directly buy cheeses, mozzarella, meat and bread and other essential services.
