The Complex is made of two units, one completely restored and used as rental activity and the other one still to restore.
With a private pool, not completely dug in, but cleverly situated against the hillside and surrounded by a composite decking and great views along the valley. Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena are all within driving distance, as well as the sea and Cinque Terre.

The complex is in the Apuan Alps national park and it is great for hiking, it's a perfect combination between nature and culture. The house was used by the owners for holidays and besides that has a great rental history with impressive revenues. The not yet renovated house next-door is included in the sale. The owners bought this house solely to prevent anyone else buying it, that way ensuring complete privacy.

The complex was build in different stages. The oldest part was built around 1650 (the house next door has the year 1638 on it). The house used to be a small farm, downstairs they had the the stables for some goats, upstairs people lived. From the '60's the house wasn't used anymore and it only was used for storage. In 2007 it came up for sale and the current owners bought it and completely renovated it. The house is situated perfectly on a hill with spectacular views from the garden and all the rooms. It is slightly off the road, cars can't be heard. The sun is on the side of the garden the whole day. The house is very private, it's the last house in the village. The house right next door that comes with the sale (120m2) is from the same owner and is not being used but gives a great opportunity to rent out as a separate house or extend the current house.

On both sides of the house are external stairs. Using those stairs you will reach the bathroom and bedrooms. Two bedrooms have straight acces to the bathroom. The third bedroom has it's own acces door, but no direct acces to the bathroom. The interior is stylish and modern. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, oven, gas cooker, microwave and freezer. The bathroom has double sinks, a bath and a separate shower. Two bedrooms have single beds that can be put together, the third bedroom has a large double bed. The living room has a TV with a DVD player (no cable TV or satellite!) The house also has central heating and a washing machine. The garden measures around 500 m2 and boasts fantastic views of the valley, villages and other mountains in the distance. The private pool measures 7,5 x 3,6 meter and is 1,3 meter deep. Around the pool there is a wooden deck with sun beds where you can enjoy the sun. The big walnut tree gives some shade on very hot days. Another place to find some shade is where the lounge area is. This is also where you can find the BBQ.
